About the Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The BMO Prep Course is designed to prepare students for the prestigious British Maths Olympiad (BMO), conducted by the UK Mathematics Trust (UKMT). This tailored program focuses on individual strengths and weaknesses, offering detailed topic-based sessions aligned with the BMO syllabus. Delivered as a one-to-one course with flexible scheduling, the program spans 20 to 40 hours depending on the student’s preparation needs.
WHO CAN ENROL ON THIS COURSE?
This course is ideal for:
Students aged 15–17 (Years 11–13 in England) preparing to participate in the British Maths Olympiad (BMO) and aiming to win a prestigious medal or qualify for the International Maths Olympiad (IMO).
Students preparing for Oxford and Cambridge interviews, where similar problem-solving questions are asked.
Learners preparing for university entrance exams such as STEP, MAT, TMUA, ESAT, or PAT.
PREREQUISITES FOR THIS COURSE
A strong understanding of GCSE mathematics (and ideally some AS-level mathematics).
