The CyberFirst Girls Competition Prep Course is tailored to equip young learners for the UK’s leading cybersecurity contest for girls aged 12 to 13. This program emphasizes problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork through challenges like codebreaking, logic puzzles, cryptography, programming fundamentals, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.

Delivered via structured and engaging sessions, this course prepares participants to excel in both the online and regional phases of the competition while sparking interest in technology and cybersecurity careers. With flexible scheduling options, the course is available as one-on-one or small group sessions, spanning 10–15 hours. Success in this competition not only boosts confidence but also enhances university applications for Computer Science programs at prestigious institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge.


WHO CAN ENROL IN THIS COURSE?


This course is ideal for girls in the UK who:


  1. Are in Year 8 (England & Wales), S2 (Scotland), or Year 9 (Northern Ireland) and aim to participate in the CyberFirst Girls Competition by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
